Feb 23, 2016–Feb 23, 2016 from 7:00pm–9:30pm
Princess Conti invites the boisterously foppish Valere, a street performer with a flair for over-the-top performances, into her royal court theatre troupe. Elomire, the troupe’s leader and playwright, is appalled by Valere and immediately conspires to remove him from the company. Faced with this predicament, Princess Conti must choose between her long-time acquaintance and newfound cash cow. How? By forcing the troupe to put on an impromptu performance of her favorite Valere play! With a mono-syllable speaking maid, a demanding Princess, two artists from opposite sides of the stage, and a hunchback—there’s no telling what will arise from this hilariously unfortunate situation.
