UC San Diego is launching its first ever Strategic Plan for Inclusive Excellence to shape the future of our university and ensure our continued level of excellence. The Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion will lead the campus in the plan’s development and implementation throughout the next year and we invite your participation. Learn more and get involved! We will share more about the Inclusive Excellence plan which features a new campus accountability strategy. Two hours of administrative leave with pay have been approved for employees who attend the forum. Supervisors, upon request, may approve the use of such leave when the absence does not infringe upon the performance of required job duties or patient care.
