Make an impact on your campus while developing critical skills necessary to give you the competitive edge in today’s workplace. Created exclusively for UC San Diego graduate students and postdoctoral scholars, this program arms participant with the leadership, teamwork, and project management skills needed to succeed in their career pursuits. Courses meet one night per week for three consecutive quarters, and the program culminates with a hands-on project, focused on campus initiatives. The projects will be presented to campus leaders, industry guests, and the general public. To be consider for the 2016/17 class, please apply here to the grAdvantage Leadership & Teamwork certificate program by September 7th. The program begins on September 27th.
