If your research depends on collecting location-based field data, join us to learn about survey tools such as Survey123, FieldMaps and other open source tools. We will step through building and publishing a survey and mapping and exporting results. Save valuable time by setting up a survey that meets your research needs before you head into the field to collect visual observations, photos, videos, sound-bits and sensor-based observations.

Due to the Library-licensed resources discussed in the session, attendance is limited to UC San Diego affiliates. Registration is not required, but seating is limited to 34 attendees on a first-come, first-served basis.

About Learn at the Library
Learn at the Library is a series of interactive workshops focusing on unique library resources, from research tools to digital collections. Choose from a variety of sessions, hosted on Tuesdays or Wednesdays at Geisel Library, either in Classroom 1 or the Dunst Classroom, or at WongAvery Library. Get ready to revolutionize your academic game! Join us for a dynamic series of 50-minute workshops that will show you how to harness the power of UC San Diego Library resources.
