Making Deep Cuts in Warming Emissions from the United States  – A Plan

As part of the ongoing Conversations for an Engaged San Diego series, the Pacific Leadership Fellows program welcomes two leading thinkers and practitioners on climate change: Jeffrey Sachs and David Victor. Gordon McCord will moderate a virtual discussion where Sachs and Victor tackle the challenge of achieving zero carbon emissions by 2050 while also putting Americans to work building a vibrant, clean and innovative economy.
