Purchasing a home is one of the most important decisions you will make. Understanding the aspects of buying a home empowers consumers to select the right property type, price level, and location. Knowing the economic drivers of the real estate market allows homebuyers to comprehend the reason for the fluctuations in property values. This seminar provides a learning opportunity for homebuyers to gain knowledge in an unbiased, non-sales environment. Topics covered will include a historical presentation of the housing market, definitions of common property types, and an explanation of the homebuying process. The roles of professionals involved in the real estate purchase transaction will also be covered. This seminar allows future and current homebuyers to increase their knowledge in real estate transactions and become more informed consumers. Learning Outcomes:
