San Diego Museum Month returns February 1–28, 2026, marking its 37th year of making arts and culture more accessible to the community. For the third year, UC San Diego Library is proud to serve as a pick-up location partner for this highly anticipated program, which offers half-price admission to more than 70 participating institutions, including museums, historic sites, gardens, aquariums and other cultural organizations throughout San Diego County.

Beginning February 1, free Museum Month passes are available for pickup at the Front Desks in Geisel Library and Sally T. WongAvery Library on the UC San Diego campus during each library’s open hours. The Museum Month pass provides half-off admission for up to four people per pass. Additionally, beginning February 1, digital passes are available on the San Diego Museum Council website, offering greater flexibility for participants.
