Work leaders and HR contacts are also welcome. NSO provides a broad overview of the key resource units, principles, and practices of which supervisors need to be aware. Participants are asked to prepare pre-work which, coupled with presentations delivered by subject matter experts, is followed up with facilitated case studies. Topics Include:
