Join the UC San Diego Silicon Valley Regional Club for a send off picnic bringing together newly admitted students, families and alumni before the journey to La Jolla begins.

Come meet future classmates, swap tips with alumni from every college and era, and get your UC San Diego questions answered. This is more than a meet-and-greet, it’s an opportunity to start building lifelong connections early. Meet fellow incoming students from the SF Bay Area, hear directly from alumni who have walked the path and will share their insight into campus life, academics and everything in-between. 

Parents are welcome to attend. This is a space to ask questions, gain clarity and connect with alumni who can share their UC San Diego experience.

It’s a picnic — please bring a sack lunch and your favorite drink (alcohol not permitted in the park)! We will provide light snacks and dessert!
