Non-Volatile Memories Workshop 2017

The 8th Annual Non-Volatile Memories Workshop (NVMW 2017) provides a unique showcase for outstanding research on solid-state, non-volatile memories. It features a “vertically integrated” program that includes presentations on devices, data encoding, systems architecture, and applications related to these exciting new data storage technologies. Workshop topics will include: • Big data applications for NVMs • Flash-based SSD optimization • Power management in NVMs • Operating system optimizations • SSD wear management • Persistent objects • Novel NVM array architectures • Error coding for NVMs The workshop program will include around 46 speakers from top universities, industrial research labs, and around the world.
