Jul 13, 2023–Jul 13, 2023 from 11:30am–1:00pm
We’re excited to host our first Nonprofit NetWalk at UC San Diego Park & Market downtown San Diego. This free walk meetup is a fun, relaxed, and informal way to connect and network with fellow nonprofit leaders, funders, and Board members.
UC San Diego Park & Market is a one-of-a-kind social and intellectual hub, purpose-built to spark connections and make education accessible to all. The four-story iconic glass building opened last summer, and was designed to engage the community through an intentional mix of public, business, arts and educational spaces for civic engagement, learning and collaboration.
We’ll meet on the ground floor cafe where our host, Andrew Waltz, Director of Arts Management will give us a brief inside tour of this magnificent community space. We will then head out on a downtown walk around surrounding blocks where we’ll see unique murals and architecture along the way including a stop at Fault Line Park and other points of interest. After our walk, you can continue the conversation over some light food and refreshments.
You're invited to share a current challenge you're facing for some "on-the-go" problem-solving with your peers.
