Award-winning radio correspondent Jocelyn Ford presents her debut documentary “Nowhere to Call Home” that won the hearts of many viewers in China with a rare glimpse into the world of a Tibetan farmer, torn between tradition and creating a better future for her son in Beijing. The 75 min. film screening will be followed by a discussion with the filmmaker. A reception will be held after the event. This event is co-sponsored by the UC San Diego Geisel Library, and will take place in the Seuss Room (directions). Nearest parking is available at the Hopkins Parking Structure.
