ISEI (Institute for Supply Chain Excellence & Innovation) at UC San Diego presents
Oceanside Chat Season II - EP 3: The Art & Science of Capacity Planning
Is capacity planning more science/data or art/intuition? It might feel like you need a crystal ball to prepare for your company’s future in an ever-changing world. While facing unprecedented shortages and growing uncertainties, what learnings could we apply to determine the possible strategy between “Just-In-Time” and “Just-In-Case?”
In EP 3 of Season II, our guest Francisco Buitron is a senior operation and supply chain executive in the semiconductor industry and has advanced supply/demand planning for over 30 years.
Join us on February 16 to learn more!
