Otherwise Film Festival expands the reflections, representations, and discourses created by mainstream media. We invite artists who reshape their own narrative to offer a different interpretation of the world to new audiences. By deconstructing perspectives, Otherwise becomes a place to encounter vulnerability, empathy, and alliance building.

Brings together three Andean cultural activists and their audiovisual work to offer narratives of abundance and environmental justice as Transandean relationality with the more-than-human world. Curated by Manuel Carrión-Lira, PhD Candidate in Literature and Critical Gender Studies.
