At this month’s Perspectives Lecture, The Lion and the Mouse: How the Motions in the Ocean Impact our Planet, join Jennifer MacKinnon as she illuminates how these dynamic small-scale phenomena hold the key to understanding global processes. Doors open at 6:30; lecture lasts at 7-8 p.m. Tickets are $8 for Public Admission, $5 for Students and Educators, and free for Birch Aquarium Members. RSVP is recommended for this popular event. Annual Memberships are also available. For more information or to RSVP, visit aquarium.ucsd.edu or call 858-534-5771. Proceeds support exhibits and educational programming at Birch Aquarium at Scripps.
