Take control when it comes to your personal wellness. During this wellness session and de-stress activity, FitLife Coordinator Tiffany Healy will teach the group about the science behind how our bodies feel and respond to stimuli throughout the day. Healy will also provide tips to help mitigate stress to prevent burnout.
This workshop includes breathing exercises and a movement break.
