Process Palooza is a unique event mixing education and competition, all focused on continuous improvement. It’s all about showcasing how UC San Diego gains efficiencies through Lean Six Sigma (LSS). Process Palooza returns December 12, 2018, and will be held in the Price Center. Think you’ve got the continuous improvement chops to improve a business process…all in a day’s work? If you have a Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt) then you’re eligible. At last year’s event, teams tackled the following actual campus processes: Process Palooza offers a full day of workshops featuring Lean Six Sigma basics (a lightspeed White Belt class) and examples of process improvement at work at UC San Diego and other higher education settings.
