Product Management

About the Program: Product managers are the lifeblood of growth organizations as they take charge and own a significant chunk of an organization's revenues and its growth. Product management forms the essential bridge between the customer/market and the core competencies of the corporation preparing the organization for flawless execution and skillful navigation in disruptive environments. This offering will focus on the key concepts and skills needed to serve as a creative and high-performance product manager. Focus: Learn key concepts--how to elicit, and interpret customer needs, generate define new products, mitigate technical and market uncertainty, and manage the lifecycle of a product. Topics covered:

  • The art of (latent) customer needs identification
  • Creative generation of ideas for new offerings
  • Developing a Winning Product Profile
  • Managing Technical and Market Risks in Product Launch
  • Product Life Cycle Management for Growth and Renewal
Participants: This course is appropriate for firming up the foundation skills and market acumen of product managers.
