Karen Henken is Adjunct Faculty at the Kroc School of Peace Studies and Knauss School of Business at the University of San Diego, where she teaches business strategy, social entrepreneurship, social impact consulting, and social innovation. She also serves as visiting faculty at two universities in Bogota, Colombia.
Anne Ritchie, Director of Impact at NextLeft (UC San Diego Alumni)
Anne Ritchie is the Director of Impact at NextLeft, a San Diego B Corp digital marketing agency that balances profit with purpose. A UCSD alum ('93, Sociology) with over 25 years of experience in entertainment, including roles at ESPN and in radio, music, film, and television production, Anne now brings that creative energy to the world of purpose-driven business.

Alex is the Executive Director of Discover Corps, a B Corp that operates immersive cultural travel programs across the globe. Alex holds a MBA from the Rady School of Management at UCSD and has dedicated his career to using business as a force for good. He has extensive experience working on nearly every continent and is passionate about helping others engage with the world in a more thoughtful, responsible, and transformative way.
Cindy Lin, CEO & Co-Founder of Hey Social Good (UC San Diego teaching Faculty)
Dr. Cindy J. Lin is the CEO and Co-Founder of Hey Social Good, a social impact tech company providing data-driven sustainability analytics and medal rankings for businesses. An environmental ecologist and data scientist, she spent nearly 20 years at the EPA, is a UC San Diego faculty member, and is the President of the San Diego Environmental Film Festival
