The Urban Studies and Planning Program will be offering a new major and minor degree in Real Estate and Development (RED) beginning in Fall 2018. This is the first degree of its kind in the UC system and will provide a comprehensive study of the many dimensions of real estate and development. In preparation for the launch of the new major, five new RED courses will be offered in the winter and spring quarters of this academic year. All of these courses will be taught by distinguished local real estate and development practitioners. The USP Program invites you to an information session about the new RED degree on Monday, October 9 from 5:00–6:00 p.m. in SSB 107. Come meet the faculty and learn more about the program.
