ABOUT THE PROGRAM
We are living in an age of rapidly changing environments, but how often are we taught to cope with such change and adapt to new environments? Resilience is the ability of a person, system, or organization to bounce back from adversity and to maintain its core purpose and integrity in the face of dramatically changed circumstances.
This interactive course combines the latest in Resilience theories and practices to better prepare you, your team, and your organization to handle changing circumstances, allowing you to not only overcome adversity, but to thrive in the face of it.
