San Diego Black Artist Collective: Get On Board
One of the most difficult parts about being an artist is finding the space to show your work. In this version of Get On Board, we follow a group of black artists who make space for themselves. The show contains music, poetry, and dance that illustrate the joy and rage of the Black experience; through art we bare our souls. GET ON BOARD and go on this journey through Black music from drums to hip-hop.
Featuring local artists: Joy Yvonne Jones, Eboni Muse, Bryan Barbarin, Keomi Tarver, Zack King, Bre Eugenio, Erin Vanderhyde, Belinda Arnold, Matthew Arnold, Andra Caston, Tiffany Polite, and Leonard Patton.
