UC San Diego’s Design Lab is inviting campus colleagues and regional colleges and universities to join us for the San Diego Tijuana World Design Capital 2024 (WDC 2024) Design to Action Project Submission workshop. Attendees are invited to submit ideas and join us to identify, assess, select and discuss resourcing for multinational legacy programs that will be catalyzed by this prestigious, once-in-a-lifetime, year-long program, which promotes and encourages the use of DESIGN to further the economic, social, cultural, and environmental development of the world’s cities.

Everyone is welcome and every voice is important as we acknowledge our region’s unique and dynamic history and look for opportunities to create a framework for dialogue and conversation that will generate a legacy of positive and transformational impact in our region.

Register to attend, or submit your program for discussion by providing a brief description, selection of images and anything else that may be helpful to share with the group for review and consideration during this session.
