This is a family-friendly event. If you're at home with your children, other family members, housemates, pets, etc. please feel free to participate together.
Here are the incredients you'll need to prepare your energy bites:
The Base: 1/2 cup of nut or seed butter (e.g. peanut butter, almond butter, or sunflower seed butter) PLUS ONE of the following options:
Mix-ins: 1 cup of rolled or quick oats PLUS ONE of the following options
Optional Flavor Add-ins: any of the following
