Intended ONLY for: employees who are supervisors or work leaders who currently direct the work of one or more staff employees are eligible to attend, whether or not their position is represented by a union; departmental HR representatives are also eligible to attend

This class is delivered in six, four-hour sessions. You need to attend all six to complete the training. Registration closes 2 weeks prior to the first session, and users must register/cancel their registration 2 week prior to the first session.

The Supervisory Lab cohort will engage in self and team assessment activities, case study examinations, and small group projects to explore supervisory skills and strategies.
