Join Prosci-Certified Trainers Kim Greene and Linda Thai Schlossman for a one-hour webinar that takes a look at our rapidly changing world through the lens of change management and, specifically, the Prosci model for individual change (e.g., ADKAR).

Understanding that our community and our work has changed, we will dive into how to use the ADKAR model as a tool to assess, equip, and enable our own readiness to successfully adapt to these changes. Through the lens of ADKAR, we will explore our own relationship to the changes, and leverage that knowledge to cope with continually shifting priorities.

No prior knowledge of ADKAR is necessary.
