This online live training is designed to help you successfully navigate through today's challenging times where many are asked to work remotely, or collaborate with others who are working remotely, and turn these challenges into opportunities to develop your skills on several fronts. This includes being productive working remotely, staying invigorated and motivated, managing your attention so you can stay focused, communicating with other remote team members skillfully, and adopting a proven methodology for managing your work.
