The Role of Empathy Mapping in Customer Service

The Role of Empathy Mapping in Customer Service

The Role of Empathy Mapping in Customer Service

In this interactive workshop facilitated by Kim Greene and Linda Thai Schlossman, we will explore Empathy Mapping and its role in understanding the customer experience.  You will walk away from the workshop able to draft your own empathy map, which will help you understand the customer experience at both the individual and group level and more effectively relate your services to their needs.  Following this workshop, you can continue with an optional small-group consultation of your draft empathy map with Kim and Linda.  Registration Link: https://bit.ly/EIAEmpathyMapping
