There’s something powerful about coming together with fellow Tritons who are passionate about making a difference. That’s the energy behind Triton Leaders Conference 2025 — an in-person experience designed to ignite your leadership journey and strengthen your Triton connections.

The conference kicks off on Friday, August 8, with a welcome reception at the Theatre District’s Survivance. Then, on Saturday, August 9, join a select group of Tritons for a full day of insight, dialogue, and collaboration with fellow leaders who share your Triton pride. Engage in dynamic conversations, challenge yourself through hands-on leadership workshops, and connect directly with senior UC San Diego leadership. You’ll also hear inspiring stories from alumni and innovators as you exchange ideas and learn from the best.

Hosted in collaboration with UC San Diego Division of Extended Studies, hear from a dynamic lineup of speakers, participate in interactive sessions and engage in networking opportunities with fellow changemakers and volunteers. Engage in high-impact sessions led by alumni and campus leaders, participate hands-on leadership development training and deepen your Triton connections.
