The repertoire selection was made with care and love with the goal of creating a journey of joy and hope, as a response of difficult times. We begin with an invitation to dream with us, starting the program with open hearts, hope, and kindness. As the program continues, we explore a range of emotions, from contemplation in The Clouds, to playful fun in Woodchuck, and the hope in December Canon. We then embrace innocent, ironic silliness with the funny piece Cold Snap, followed by the invitation to celebrate joy of Clap Your Hands. A moment of nostalgic reflection arrives with Smile, before we conclude with You Are Light, a powerful reminder of the light we each carry within our communities. This final piece also serves as a heartfelt thank you to you, our audience, for your invaluable support and for sharing this time with us.
