Immunotherapy — harnessing the immune system to fight cancer — is positioned to revolutionize the way we treat cancer. Physicians and researchers from Moores Cancer Center at UC San Diego Health and La Jolla Institute for Allergy and Immunology will offer an overview of this cutting-edge approach and explain the latest developments in promising therapies, including immune checkpoint inhibitors and cellular therapy. Learn about how to access FDA-approved immunotherapy treatments and about clinical trials that are testing new options for cancers that have been particularly resistant to traditional treatments.
