We are delighted to announce the 2018 UC San Diego Women’s Conference. The theme for the conference is “Be Bold for Change.” The conference is free and open to all UC San Diego faculty, staff, and students. The conference brings together business professionals and leaders, healthcare providers,scientists, and award-winning faculty to share ideas and inspire working women; offering tips on empowering one’s self, budgeting and finances, and maintaining a healthy and well-balanced lifestyle. The Conference Planning Committee has established the following goals and objectives for this event:

• Encourage the development of leadership in women
• Enhance awareness of how to improve the quality of their professional careers & and personal
• Increase awareness of the resources available to women on campus and in the local community
• Provide opportunities for networking
• Encourage women to mentor others to share best practices, inspire career learning, integrity and advancement
