Unlocking Japan’s Potential: Science and Technology Innovation

The Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology (OIST) is Japan’s premier and fast-rising science and technology university. Professor Peter Gruss is a special advisor for Innovation and president emeritus of OIST, and also the former president of the Max Planck Society in Germany. He will share his deep insights into how institutions such as OIST can contribute to global learning as well as research excellence in Japan.
