The Sullivan Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and the Rady Venture Capital Club bring you Founder-Investor Negotiation. Be part of the action as investors offer a founder an investment term sheet and learn how to negoatiate terms that are "investor friendly" or "founder friendly."
Nina Saberi, three-time entrepreneur and venture capitalist, will facilitate the discussion and offer a "win-win" scenario.
Open to all. Free food. Walk-ins welcome. Registration is preferred.
