STARTR RADY is a 10-session program. It is preferred (not required) that a Rady student or Rady alum be part of the team. One member of the team should have strong business acumen, have some experience in venture creation training, or taken relevant courses. Concepts should be beyond "just an idea" and address a clear market need.

STARTR INCLUSION-IMPACT supports the next generation of female and underrepresented founders through mentorship, training, and funding. The accelerator runs for 7 sessions. Teams must have a woman or a team member from an underrepresented population in a leadership role. Concepts should be beyond "just an idea" and address a clear market need.
