Women’s Basketball: 2019 NCAA West Regional Tournament
The University of California San Diego women’s basketball team will host the 2019 NCAA West Regional Tournament as the No. 1 seed. The Tritons welcome eight teams to RIMAC Arena for a total of seven contests over a three-day stretch, looking to earn a berth to the Elite 8 March 26 in Columbus, Ohio. The action begins on Friday with four first-round games. Friday, March 15 Noon: Game No. 1. (Hawaii Pacific vs. Alaska Anchorage) 2:30 p.m. Game No. 2. (Humboldt St. vs. Northwest Nazarene) 5 p.m. Game No. 3. (Dominican vs. UC San Diego) 7:30 p.m. Game No. 4. (Cal Poly Pomona vs. Azusa Pacific)
