Work/life integration plays a critical role in employee morale, retention, satisfaction, and productivity. This course examines the key business benefits of implementing work/life programs and highlights trends and best practices. Participants will learn about key work/life management practices, tools, programs, and policies. In addition, key implementation strategies such as business case development, reducing management resistance, and creating a supportive organization will be explored. Topics:
