Launched by Campus Human Resources, the People Leader Network is a community of UC San Diego managers and supervisors designed to provide people leaders with the tools they need to foster a healthy and successful working environment.

The People Leader Network aims to:

• Support people leaders with the resources they need to become better managers.
• Create a direct line of communication between managers and HR to ensure they have the resources they need when they need them.
• Provide managers and supervisors with professional development and training opportunities.
• Create a sense of camaraderie by connecting managers throughout campus with each other.
