STREAMING is an exhibition at gallery@calit2 that explores networked culture streams and their ecological and social costs. The work will be presented in three parts.
Gregory Peters (SDSU Segall Lab) will give a talk on “Studying the interaction of bacteriophage viruses with Salmonella and E. coli using GenePattern, Galaxy, and other bioinformatics tools”.
This year's MilliporeSigma Lectureship speaker, Nobel Laureate Dr. Frances Arnold of Caltech, presents, “Engineering by Evolution.” Pre-talk refreshments at 3:30pm. Reception follows lecture.
Bustamante’s precarious work encompasses performance art, video installation, visual art, filmmaking, and writing. Currently she holds the position of Associate Professor and Vice Dean of Art at the USC Roski School of Art and Design.
