This course in Mindful Self-Compassion is designed to facilitate awareness, self-kindness, and stronger connections in response to these growing challenges in adolescence.
This brief training aims to improve wellbeing and personal resilience in healthcare professionals by teaching mindful self-compassion skills to deal with distressing emotional situations as they occur at work and at home.
What would happen if you took a moment to calm and comfort yourself when you felt bad, just because you felt bad—much like you’d do for others? In other words, what if you learned the art of mindful self-compassion?
Changemaker Week will showcase the outstanding changemaking work taking place across campus and provide the chance to explore opportunities for creating change through social enterprise, community engagement, social justice, and service-learning.
