Mindfulness helps you access the ability to be non-judgmental, compassionate, patient, present and aware. You wouldn’t have come this far if these qualities did not exist in you somewhere.
This course in Mindful Self-Compassion is designed to facilitate awareness, self-kindness, and stronger connections in response to these growing challenges in adolescence.
What would happen if you took a moment to calm and comfort yourself when you felt bad, just because you felt bad—much like you’d do for others? In other words, what if you learned the art of mindful self-compassion?
In six weekly 90-minute classes, our Certified teachers will guide you in practicing various types of mindfulness meditations and will show you how you can incorporate mindfulness into your daily life.
